Mmaxout Fitness OBX is a “Premier Studio Gym” that prides itself on health, wellness, and daily physical fitness being a part of everyone’s life in and out of the gym!

We are a fitness class and group / personal training gym where each and every person gets one on one attention!  With over 27 years of combined experience we will give you the tools you need to reach all your fitness goals!

Each time you come and train, you will be coached under the supervision of a certified Trainer, and each workout is designed to teach you proficiency that will get you better results than you have ever had in the past.

We offer a great full body workout with CYCLE classes, STRENGTH training, KETTLE BELL training, CONDITIONING, PLYO METRICS, and KICKBOXING classes for fun and for fitness!

All classes are designed to accommodate all fitness levels while providing a challenge to all who participate.  We change our workout “Theme” each week so you will not get bored and your body will always be challenged!
